Wholesale
Customers contact our sales representatives to provide the quantity and quality requirements of the products. Upon receiving an order, we ensure that the goods are delivered to the specified location or warehouse within the designated time frame and according to the customer's specifications.
In cases of order issues due to stock shortages, Triumfip will resolve them by delivering in batches or partially refunding the customer. Typically, it takes 5 working days to prepare 1000 phones. However, since refurbished phones mainly come from mainland China, delays due to customs inspections may occur occasionally, ranging from 3 to 10 days.

LOGISTICS
We are not responsible for the customs clearance risk at the customer's destination. We currently support shipping to major countries in China, Hong Kong, and Europe. Customers can also provide a logistics account for goods collection. Generally, it takes 7 working days for goods to arrive
Triumfip will include and specify the shipping costs for different logistics methods in the quotation. at major cities in Europe from our Hong Kong address.

AFTER SALE
Customers should report any quality issues within 7 working days of receiving the goods. We take full responsibility for functional issues, such as phones not booting up properly or abnormal LCD touch functionality. However, for preowned phones, appearance issues are subjective. In cases where some phones may have significant scratches while others may not, we generally do not accept responsibility unless the situation is exceptional. However, we will adjust the condition of the goods after better understanding the customer's situation. After-sales service includes replacing the goods or providing compensation in the form of credit, which will be deducted from the customer's next order.
